The 2019 Tradewinds Education Center Prom held recently was a night to remember for more than 80 Tradewinds Education Center students of Upstate Cerebral Palsy. Welcomed by the grand marshal, Utica City School District Superintendent Bruce Karam, attendees experienced a magical night filled with dinner and dancing.
