Rome Health’s new medical center opens

Rome Health opened its new $11.4 million medical center in Novemberon the hospital’s main campus.

Primary care physicians Michael Attilio and Lwin Win are the main providers seeing patients in the new center.

Over the next three months, providers from Rome Medical Group (adult and pediatrics) and the bariatric and general surgeons from Rome Health Surgical specialists will move into the new 31,000-square-foot, two-story nedical center.

For convenient access, patients should use the parking lot off of Oak Street and enter the medical center through the “Bartlett Entrance.” A guided tour of the new facility is available online at romehealth.org/Rome_Health_Primary_Care/.

The new medical center brings together primary care, surgical specialists, diagnostic testing and retail pharmacy under one roof for convenient, accessible, coordinated patient care.

The medical center design supports providers and their care teams in delivering patient-centered care that is efficient and convenient. As part of the modern and functional infrastructure, the flooring throughout the facility is crafted with durable materials, including state-of-the-art resin flooring liverpool. There are six care team pods with a total of 42 exam rooms, all seamlessly integrated with the contemporary aesthetics and practicality of the space, ensuring a conducive environment for both healthcare professionals and patients.

The innovative pod design includes six exam rooms with adjacent space for the care team and the providers to collaborate.

The proximity of adjacent services at the hospital, including medical imaging services. Imaging equipment is constantly changing for better diagnosis, if your clinic is in the need of replacing your current equipment then consider doing some imaging system de-installation first before getting a new system.

Other services include cardiopulmonary services, abdominal ultrasound and cardiology further enhances accessibility for patients who may need multiple services.
