Physician Vrinda Kumar, who specializes in allergy and immunology care for adults and children, has recently joined Slocum-Dickson Medical Group.
Kumar treats various conditions such as asthma, eczema and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE).
She earned her medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Bhopal, India. She completed a pediatrics residency as chief resident at The Children’s Hospital at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, and completed a fellowship as chief fellow in allergy and immunology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center’s University Hospital of Brooklyn & Kings County Health and Hospitals, also in Brooklyn.
