Oneida County, hospitals release service plan

Oneida County Health Department, Rome Memorial Hospital and Mohawk Valley Health System — in accordance with Section 2803-L of the Public Health Law — have jointly submitted their annual community health assessment-community service plan and community health improvement plan to the New York State Department of Health.

It includes information on community health priorities identified by staff representing all of the organizations, in collaboration with community partners and local public health agencies.

The plan is also posted on the partners’ websites at mvhealthsystem.org/resource/community-service-plan and romehospital.org and ocgov.net/health.
