Universal Pre-K classrooms set for fall

Any family that has a child that will be 4 years old by Dec. 1 and lives in the Utica City School District is eligible to register for the free Universal Pre-K at The Neighborhood Center.

The UPK program, a 2-1/2 hour program featured five days a week, offers morning and afternoon sessions from September to June that emphasize readiness for kindergarten.

The center offers the Universal Pre-K in partnership with the school district.
